Fresh Fish for Craig's Pantry Clients

Every year Craig takes 2-3 fishing trips to the Bahamas to provide fresh fish for Craig’s Pantry clients. Craig and his crew catch mahi, tuna, snapper, grouper and wahoo. Unlike a fishing trip for sport, his crew know how important it is that they produce large amounts of fish, and as a result, they have caught as much as 7 portions for each client. While we do order fish from suppliers, Craig believes that getting his hands dirty and giving his heart and soul to provide something fresh and nourishing to clients is truly a blessing and a mitzvah.
